Jargon Marketing & Communications is a bit of a rarity in the marketing agency world. We’ve got the creative chops to produce top-flight media work, but we’ve also got a wonkish side that grooves on turning highly technical material into understandable, motivational messages. In addition to our core strategic and creative staff, we partner with specialists to build a team around your specific needs. 

Our company was born in 1999 as Planet Newsletter in Verona, Wisconsin. A few million newsletters later (give or take), we’d built a core of writing and graphic design talent who had learned to assimilate the language and culture of the various industries we served. Gradually, we’ve expanded our marketing services and client base, moving to our current digs on Madison's happenin’ Capitol Square. 

In 2006, we began to work directly inside communication/marketing departments for clients undergoing major restructuring and system or product launches. They needed more than a writer here and a project manager there—they needed a dedicated, cohesive team on site. 

So we’ve learned to build teams that meld with our clients’ business and culture for as long as it takes to manage the change process. We help clients handle the extra communications workload involved in a corporate restructuring, merger/acquisition, product launch, leadership change, etc.
